Booking Communication
The best way to reach me is by text, Messenger, or email, as I’m often with clients and unable to take phone calls. These methods also provide written confirmation for both of us. Online booking is available—link below. All appointment times are requested and confirmed once approved. A card on file is required to reserve your spot.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Kindly provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to accommodate other clients and maintain an efficient schedule.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
I understand that life happens. However, last-minute cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service to cover the reserved time.
First-Time Clients
New clients will be asked to complete a brief intake form. This can be filled out in-office or printed and completed in advance. Online forms will be available soon for added convenience.
Appointment Timing
Each session includes time for consultation, dressing, and check-out. If you arrive late and your appointment extends more than 15 minutes beyond the scheduled time, your service may be shortened to ensure timely care for all clients.
Minors
Clients aged 15 to 18 must be checked in by a parent or guardian. Clients aged 12–15 must be accompanied throughout the appointment by a parent or guardian.

General Terms ● Gift cards are processed and delivered through Square’s secure digital system. ● Peaceful Being Massage & Wellness is not responsible for misspelled email addresses or incorrect recipient information submitted during purchase. ● Gift cards have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. ● Gift cards never expire and retain their full value.
Redemption ● Gift cards may be used toward any massage service offered at the time of redemption. ● They may not be used to tip your therapist (unless Square allows it during checkout at the time of purchase). ● Must be presented at the time of service (digital card email or gift card number).
Non-Refundable ● All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. ● Lost digital cards can be reissued if the purchaser provides proof of purchase.
Transferring Gift Cards ● Gift cards may be transferred to another person only if the original purchaser approves. ● Please contact Peaceful Being Massage & Wellness for help with transfers.
